Breathe

Breathe Tuesdays • 9-10am | Private Dining Room Thursdays • 11:30am-12:30pm | Motion Studio $12 per class This class will take place in the private dining room, offering natural light, warmth, privacy, and comfortable seating for all participants. "Breathe" focuses on deep, diaphragmatic breathing techniques to promote relaxation and reduce stress. By emphasizing slow inhales and exhales through the nose, the class activates the parasympathetic nervous system, leading to mental calmness and physical relaxation. It's important to approach this class with an open mind, as the benefits of "Breathe" are numerous. Participants may experience decreased stress, anxiety, and depression, improved sleep, increased range of motion in Parkinson's patients, relief from chronic pain, better balance and coordination, reduced blood pressure, and positive effects on Deep, diaphragmatic breaths are a crucial component of this class. Many of the exercises encourage a pattern of slow inhales through the nose and elongated exhales through the nose. This breath pattern helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which calms the mind and relaxes the body and the immune system. We encourage you to join us in "Breathe" and explore the many benefits this class has to offer.

Whether you're a seasoned Bunco player or trying it out for the first time, this event is the perfect mix of friendly competition, laughter, and connection. We'll kick off the night with a quick Bunco tutorial, so everyone feels comfortable with the game. Then, we'll dive into rounds of fast-paced dice action, where you'll rotate tables and switch partners, giving you plenty of opportunities to meet and chat with fellow members. Come solo or bring a friend—either way, you'll leave with great memories and maybe even a few new connections!
