Join the Good Cigar Club on the patio for an evening celebrating the art of cigar smoking and good conversation, where we will sample a hand-selected fine cigar each month. What happens when economics and the foreign policies of the "great-powers" collide? Can congress reclaim its role in U.S. foreign policy?
